IncentiGo is a retail-focused SaaS platform aimed at boosting employee motivation and performance by giving sales associates a sense of ownership in their sales achievements.
The solution includes a mobile app for retail sales associates and an admin dashboard for corporate managers to create and manage incentive campaigns.
Through IncentiGo, sales associates gain real-time insights into their performance and commissions, while managers can set personalized, dynamic challenges to inspire higher sales and engagement.
Client Needs and Project Scope
IncentiGo needed a fully developed brand and end-to-end UX/UI design for both its mobile app and admin dashboard. The scope covered branding, user research, user flows, wireframing, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes for both platforms.
The mobile app aimed to empower sales associates to maximize their earnings, while the dashboard provided managers with tools to create and track incentive campaigns.

Design Process

Final Review and Client Handoff
Delivered polished prototypes and high-fidelity designs for both the mobile app and admin dashboard, enabling IncentiGo to launch an engaging and effective retail incentive platform, successfully tested in a pilot and moving toward scaled implementation.
